Thank you so much to both the ladies that refreshed my knotless braids for me! Both ladies were good vibes and took the extra time to take out and redo my extra small knotless braids! Looking forward to coming back and doing another style!

Very bad experience!!! Booked my appointment for 06May24 at 10am and paid my deposit online on 29Apr24. Prior to proceeding with the booking I called to double check they were definitely open on Bank Holiday Monday and they confirmed they were. On the day the shop wasn't open at the time of my appointment. It became clear three other ladies also had a 10am appointment. When the shop finally opened there was one braider and four of us with the same appointment. We were asking the braider what the plan was and she assured us more braiders were coming but made the point that she wasn't supposed to be in at all. Then another turned up, (the owner I assume). She also made clear she wasn't supposed to be in that day and that it was a glitch in the appointment booking system. Even if that was the case, all four if us received email confirmations and text reminders of our 06May24 appointment at 10am. I then asked if I leave and find another hairdresser if I'll get my deposit back. I was assured they'd refund me via bank transfer if I text them my bank details. So I called around and found another hairdresser, who did a brilliant job by the way but Hairzones still haven't refunded my deposit! Be careful when booking your appointments online!!!

I did the Fulani hair style , and I received compliments nearly everyday. The woman who did my hair was amazing I didn’t even feel any pain . The only lil problem is the time make sure you have no plans for the day ,cause it took me 7 hours to do my hair. Otherwise I’m really satisfied and happy . Really advice you guys to go and test

I had an amazing experience at HairZonesUk. After having texture release treatment my hair feels great, it’s now smooth and manageable. I have been receiving lots of nice compliments :)I would like to say a special thanks to Olivia for putting love and care into every strand of hair. The owner of the afro salon was a lovely lady, however the younger girl was very rude. I had goddess braids with human hair done but I had to go back because the back was done very unprofessional, especially for the price. The girl said “that’s how it’s done”. I asked her to cut the obvious blunt ends which she said she did, but it still looks poorly done. It’s such a shame because I was hoping to be a regular customer but I feel so let down with the service and the attitude I received as a customer.
